No particular plans.

I have tried and failed to build openjdk and web plugin (-: . I will try again.

instructions or draft, I could help you with this?

You editors are doing a great job! In the past, I had to search elsewhere to 
update packages. Now, it is difficult for me to keep machine packages updated 
to the books' ones. (LFS and BLFS)!

A major BLFS release seems attainable and desirable. About LFS, I saw just 
yesterday in DistroWatch:

Openbox should be added, but I do not know how to comunicate with them. And 
they shoud reoplace  "Active" by "Very Active" :-)

LXDE could be added to the book, as I see it is now side by side with GNOME and 
KDE in all major distributions, and perhaps already more in use than XFCE and 
much lighter.
