I don't think you'll notice anything with MesaLib 9.0 - 
r600-llvm-compiler is marked there as experimental while radeonsi is 
mostly non-functional and it is 3D driver for Radeon "South Islands" 
cards - HD 7000 and later, I think.

In 9.1 both r600-llvm-compiler and radeonsi driver got improvements, but 
they require special llvm from AMD's Tom Stellard's repo at freedesktop.org.
