Hi,

The updated source:

<http://icedtea.classpath.org/download/source/icedtea-2.3.4.tar.gz>

There are security fixes:

<http://blog.fuseyism.com/index.php/2013/01/15/security-icedtea-2-1-4-2-2-4-2-3-4-released/>

I have found that Red Hat, Debian, Ubuntu and Arch Linux have updated
it. However, version is 7u9-2.3.4, there, which makes probable we need
to change our convention to include the icedtea version explicitly:
1.7.0.9-2.3.4, or something like that.

Just finished openjdk-1.7.0.9-2.3.4 build (named like that until BLFS
input), but am not sure if just building it will solve all the
security problems, as the old patches named after previous 2.3.3
icedtea found in

<http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/patches/blfs/svn/>

were used: icedtea-2.3.3-{add_cacerts,fixed_paths,fix_tests}-1.patch.

Did not perform the tests yet.

Fernando
