I have finally created courage, installed boost-1.53.0, used the patches you attached, and built LO-4.0.2.2 using them. First, without patches, make failed. Applied liborcus patch the boost patch, run make again, and build completed: $ scalc --version LibreOffice 4.0.2.2 This was in one machine. The others are in the scripted build process, just now.
