That sounds fine.  I think we need a couple of additional notifications 
as we get closer to June 5 would be appropriate.  Also, there are a few 
questions.

Will the IP address change?
Will you start up rsyncd for the mirrors to resync?
Will we transition email/mailman to higgs and allow search of email?
