OK.  These are cosmetic, but I fixed them.  Fixed exiv2 also.

It's been about 10 years since I really used bind.  I didn't recognize 
bind10, but just used it without checking into it.  I've reverted it to 
bind9 only.

I'm not sure.  The developer says:

"Looking for the latest version? Download

I looked for a post about 'wacom' in 2013, but couldn't find any about 
this issue.

I'll fix it to ignore micro versions greater than 90 if you still think 
that's best.

I just did that very late last night.  I was 90% sure that versions 
starting with 3 were probably gtk3, but didn't have time to check it out.
