Whereas 'xmlto' is used in lowercase everywhere.
Is there any particular reason for such apparently-inconsistent casing;
e.g. do some packages specify a 'Sunday name', or is it down to the
partic page-editor's home-style, or what?
I'd guess this has cropped up before: if so, is there a pointer to a
thread/keyword and I'll go read 'em. Had a quick check of "Editor's Manual"
(http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/edguide/) but didn't see anything
obv: the discussion of 'Title Case' and 'sortas' in ch.06 would seem to
indicate that the recommended-practice is not being followed?
