When you do "make clean",the following files are removed:
Only in docbook-utils-0.6.14.before-clean/doc/man: backend-spec.7
Only in docbook-utils-0.6.14.before-clean/doc/man: docbook2man-spec.pl.1
Only in docbook-utils-0.6.14.before-clean/doc/man: docbook2texi-spec.pl.1
Only in docbook-utils-0.6.14.before-clean/doc/man: frontend-spec.7
Only in docbook-utils-0.6.14.before-clean/doc/man: jw.1
Only in docbook-utils-0.6.14.before-clean/doc/man: sgmldiff.1

Those files are shipped in the tarball. So I do not know how Armin got the
error.
