I'll try to take a look at this, but I'm going to be out most of the 
day.  I do have /lib/dhcpcd/dev/udev.so and it does link to 
/lib/libudev.so.1.  I'm not sure how much I can help because I do not 
have a wireless system and I don't use NetworkManager.
