Hello Armin,

Ug this is getting confusing.  I did not know where to change the version
number.  I know I have to update the md5dums and sizes but I was in the
middle of gnome-settings-daemon and needed to change the version so that I
would not forget to.

I am still doing gnome-settings.

I first checked general.ent and found no upower there so next I checked
packages.ent.  I did not even see systemd.ent.

I will fix upower systemd file later.
