You shouldn't need this at all anymore. systemd-logind exists to avoid
the user being member of many groups to do things. Note that
gnome-settings-daemon installs the similar file to the one that was
previously used, but in /usr/lib/udev/rules.d by default and that one
should be used, without any new groups. I'll fix it when I begin
reviewing this section.
