I'm not immediately aware of what has changed - when we've got the
releases done, why don't you look at this and discuss whatever seems
out of date ?
I'm also aware that the LFS editor's guide _might_not_ render any
more (for similar changes to what Andy fixed), but since my old copy
is adequate for the little which I now do there, I don't have any
motivation to investigate.

Both current guides render on my machine. Also, for BLFS, the template
is a good start.
