I see that the redland instructions say: Redland is a set of free software C libraries that provide support for the Resource Description Framework (RDF). It is required by Soprano to build Nepomuk.
That last sentence refers to packages that are no longer in the book, I think ? I believe they were probably replaced by baloo, but I have not built any of kde recently, so maybe I'm overlooking an external reference somewhere ? Also, I'm reluctant to touch anything at the moment - I hope to boot 7.6 on my server soon-ish, acceptance-testing and building the remaining packages, such as subversion, will take a bit longer. ĸen -- Nanny Ogg usually went to bed early.
