I again deeply apologize for that. My ISP adds ***SPAM*** to some
messages coming from the lists but not all, so I have not been able to

Actually, I have made progress, because at a time, those messages were just
discarded by my ISP. Now, I get them. But I agree that the situation
is far from being perfect.
If anybody has an idea (I use thunderbird/icedove), I'll be happy to try
it.
I'd just get an email account with someone else and have the lists send
mail there. Google mail is free and that's what I use. You do not have
to limit yourself to a single email account for incoming mail. You can
still use your existing account for all non-lfs mail.
