I want to give a heads up to some relatively large changes I intend to make to the KDE section of the book.

I've prototyped KDE Frameworks 5 (KF5) and Plasma 5. I do not think Plasma 5 is quite ready, but I want to add KF5 to the book. This is a bit tricky because there are some common packages outside of KDE that can be built different ways.

My proposed new organization is:

KDE
  Introduction
       Prerequsite Packages
          extra-cmake-modules
          Phonon-4.8.3
          Phonon-Backend-GStreamer-4.8.2
          Phonon-Backend-VLC-0.8.2
          Polkit-Qt-0.112.0
  KDE4 Core
       KDE4 Pre-installation Configuration
       ...
  KDE4 Additional Packages
  KDE Frameworks 5
  KDE Frameworks 5 Based Applications
  [ KDE Plasma ]

We can add Plasma when it is ready, but the Phonon and Polkit packages can be built against Qt4 or Qt5. It really doesn't matter if they are used as a part of KDE4 or KF5, but packages that use these will pull in some additional libraries at run time under some circumstances.

To make things consistent, I will change the install directory for Phonon and Polkit-Qt to /usr.

Although I've prototyped KF5, I have not yet tried to mix it with KDE4 so I still need to test the proposed organization. I suspect I'll be able to commit this to the book sometime next week.

If you have any questions or concerns about the proposed change, please let me know.
