Just to clarify: I am not trying to build kde, just to test
kde-workspace-4.11.21 with the new cmake-3.3.0. And it passed the test.

Clarifying the clarification. Ig not buildong kde, just testing if
kde-workspace-4.11.21 builds, one misses the order of building kde, and
consequently, automoc4, that is why it is important to include it as
required. This also apply to the other packages: Doesn't matter if there
is a recommended order to build. It is important the rquirements be
precise (although I am very bad on finding it).
So, will include in the commit for cmake, if no one is against.
