Thanks for the info. Had a look at it, but sadly, it's only a frontend to
su, and not sudo, meaning you need the root password to run the program as
root.
From the code, it looks like it can use either sudo or su, defaulting
to sudo if both are enabled at compile time.
Oh, didn't see that option
./configure --enable-sudo=yes
did the trick.
