I'm curious if rcpbind starts without errors. Also, is ipv6 support enabled by default during configure/build of rcpbind and libtirpc? I'd look at the rpc side of things. It has been a long time since I've needed nfs, and I don't remember if there is one bootscript for nfs which starts everything or if rcpbind is in a script by itself.
