Sorry, this is my doing. -Ddocs defaults to false, just need to remove it and add it to command explanations. The -Djson_validation=false, -Dovs=false, and -Dlibpsl should be auto, but default to true now. They all need to be added to the book now. These should all be auto, I'll fix and create a proper pull request over the weekend.
