After I'd beaten qtwebengine-5.12.1 into shape (i.e installed qt-5.12.1) I figured that the vulnerability fixes merited urgent inclusion. And then I saw the patch when I was editing that page - the text said it was for i686 so I figured most people would not apply it.
Tried manually applying, didn't look as if there were any changes in that file that were likely to make it redundant, so rediffed it and uploaded it. I haven't had an i686 development system for years, so no way of testing it (and, to be honest, no interest in trying to build a modern desktop on i686). ĸen -- The beauty of reading a page of de Selby is that it leads one inescapably to the conclusion that one is not, of all nincompoops, the greates. -- du Garbandier -- http://lists.linuxfromscratch.org/listinfo/blfs-dev FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
