Please feel free to do that.  After I'd beaten qtwebengine-5.12.1
into shape (i.e installed qt-5.12.1) I figured that the vulnerability
fixes merited urgent inclusion.  And then I saw the patch when I was
editing that page - the text said it was for i686 so I figured most
people would not apply it.

Tried manually applying, didn't look as if there were any changes in
that file that were likely to make it redundant, so rediffed it and
uploaded it.  I haven't had an i686 development system for years, so
no way of testing it (and, to be honest, no interest in trying to
build a modern desktop on i686).
