I think npapi-sdk was used for chromium, but now chromium has been archived.
Nothing depends on it. Is it useful by itself? If not, we could maybe archive

Thoughts?

NPAPI-SDK is useful by itself, but I'm not sure it's keeping either. It
provides headers and libraries for generic extensions, such as ones used
in Seamonkey. I have written one for Twitch.TV Emotes that uses
NPAPI-SDK at it's base, with JavaScript on top, for Firefox 65+. This,
however, is a corner case and I'm not sure it's one that it supports.
I'd be fine with it either way.
