Specifically, 67.0beta18 has 0:24.43 checking for icu-i18n >= 63.1... yes On my 8.4 and earlier systems, the only reason I will upgrade icu is if it becomes required (e.g. by a later firefox), or alternatively if vulnerabilities are found.
