Hi there. Is it to be considered dangerous to update my kernel from 2.6.8.2 to 2.6.11.x ?? Can I do this just by patching the kernel and redoing the makeconfig, etc. I have no backup made of anything, so what should I be thinking of backing up if I can do this?
