Actually, there is no group requirements for the PostgreSQL package.
The -g users could probably be removed and let the useradd program
default to whatever is the default group. The current instructions
use the "users" group, as I thought this was a group created by the
LFS instructions, but checking the book shows it is not.

I'll try to remember to Bugzilla this when I get back, as I'm leaving
for a couple of hours.
