I am baffled looking for an option I can't seem to find. I need to ssh
into a particular server and make it prompt for the user name each time.
However, the only thing I am seeing is how to specify a user other than
your local username. I need to *not* specifiy a user and then have the
server ask. I've tried forcing keyboard-interactive as the only auth
method, but that doesn't work. I've tried setting options on commandline
and in .ssh/config.

Any ideas?
