Thanks for the hint, will do next time but just out of curiosity, is it
marked as a reply by your email program? or have you seen it in the
headers? In my email program it just looks like a new post
That's odd. The headers suggest you're using Thunderbird. My
installation of Thunderbird respects the In-Reply-To header and uses
that as the main decider when threading. It also appears to thread if a
message has exactly the same title as an existing message in my inbox
but isn't a reply to a message.
