Get rid of rp-pppoe and ppp. Your modem is handling the authentication
and encapsulation for the ISP so it is just a plain old ethernet device
as far as your computer is concerned.

Add dhcp. You're modem is acting as a dhcp server, but unless you
install the client to retrieve the information nothing will happen.
