I'm just begging to work with BLFS. Are the dependencies listed for a
package compile time or run time? I've been assuming that they are
compile time but just want to be sure. If my assumption is true, I
assume that in order to take advantage of the optional dependencies the
package will need to be rebuilt, correct?
