In fact mplayer doesn't support menus at all. However, it's still
possible to see everything on the dvd. All you have to do is keep
trying:
mplayer dvd://n
for n starting in 1, and up to whatever it takes.
I have warcraft III's media dvd, and some of the videos are up in
chapter 50 or whereabouts. You just have to keep looking.
