That's good to know, but I wish I understood what the issue was.  I
use the gtk file chooser in other applications and it works fine.

If it makes you feel better, I had issues with firefox-1.5 and the gtk
file chooser when I was on gnome-2.12, but it never crashed on me.  It
was extremely slow.  With gnome-2.14 and gtk-2.8.16, it works great.

Leo, if I create a firefox wiki page, could you put this info there?
Just a blurb about how the gtk file chooser has issues and how you can
change to not use it.
