Just to confirm, the only leak I get is when I have my usb stick in at
boot.  The SCSI emultation layer is usually in the middle of loading
when the bugreport warning comes up.  All other modules and drivers
finish well before the allotted 6 seconds (5 seconds in my setup).

So, I agree that the bug rule should be removed.
