Ok. The machine you can not ping from, can it reach the web? Can it ping other machines on the LAN?
Try putting this into a browser and see if you get anything back: http://216.171.238.83/
If you do, then that machine is having DNS issues. If you do not, something else is wrong and the answers to the first questions will matter more.
