Hi

You need only iptables to set comp A to masquerade, no other software needed.
Then set the ip's so that comp B has comp A as gateway, and they both are in 
the same subnet (192.168.0.1/24 and 192.168.0.2/24 for example...). Set comp A 
as the only DNS server of comp B, it will forward DNS requests to your ISP..

There are many ip-masquerading howtos at tldp.
