In my .xinitrc, I have (LFS6.8) export GNOME_PREFIX=/opt/gnome-2.30.2 XDG_DATA_DIRS=$GNOME_PREFIX/share:/usr/local/share:/usr/share export XDG_DATA_DIRS env LANG=pt_BR.utf8 startlxde Remember having problem without env. Also XDG_DATA_DIRS were relevant. In my newer machines, only lxpanel and dependencies and openbox, I believe much alike Andrew's machines. -- []s, Fernando -- http://linuxfromscratch.org/mailman/listinfo/blfs-support FAQ: http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/faq.html Unsubscribe: See the above information page
