First, in this list we do not like top post. And people prefer also
plain text, not html. Top post means you write the reply above the
previous message. The contrary of what I am doing now.

Second, the output seems to be correct. I am running out of ideas, so,
please, accept my apologies.

Hopefully, somebody else will help us.

About the "s", it is setuid for sudo, so that the process s executed as
root.:

The only possible question that remains is: did you use exactly the
commands as in the book, or changed anything? Better yet, please, write
down the commands used to install, so somebody else could help you.
