Now, in Chapter 24: X Window System Environment page
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/stable/x/xorg7.html
we can read
'Create an /etc/profile.d/xorg.sh configuration file containing these variables
as the root user:'
When I run it, it complains with
'-su: /etc/profile.d/xorg.sh: No such file or directory'
And that is right because directory '/etc/profile.d' does not exist in my LFS
installation.
Is it part of another needed package or can I proceed with the installation of
Xorg by ignoring it?
You can just create it now with 'mkdir' (as root, of course). (It would
normally have been created in 'The Bash Shell Startup Files' in BLFS
Chapter 3)
