In the "configuration information" of GTK+ 3 section, the key
"gtk-fallback-icon-theme" is used.
However, in the GTK+ Reference manual
(https://developer.gnome.org/gtk3/stable/GtkSettings.html#GtkSettings--gtk-fallback-icon-theme),
 it said:

GtkSettings:gtk-fallback-icon-theme has been deprecated since version 3.10 and
should not be used in newly-written code.
This setting is ignored.

So, is this key still valid actually?
