Hi, When trying to update libreoffice to 5.1.3.2, I've run into some issues because of a bad interaction between GCC 6 and the bundled version of Firebird (a relational database). Disabling Firebird allows the build to go to completion.
Since distros ship Firebird as a separate package, they do not address those issues in their patches, and I have found nothing on the net to allow the bundle Firebird to build without errors. So my question is: among our users, are there people who would like the firebird back-end to be kept enabled (if so, libreoffice update will have to wait until upstream address the issues)?
