I googled for arch linux caja. Via arch linux's wiki entry for mate I can get to their main list of mate packages, where caja (gtk2) is at 1.16.0 and wants libunique (1.1.6). Alternatively, their wiki says the gtk3 version of mate has a few known issues. For caja they link to https://github.com/mate-desktop/caja/milestones/Gtk+3 and their caja-gtk3 build (from late September, but marked as Orphan against the Maintainer) does indeed need libunique3 from gnome. So, I suggest you look at what Arch are doing for their mate gtk3 versions, and in this case go to http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/libunique/3.0/ (there is only a 3.0.2 version there).
