This is what I get when using the book instructions:
root [ /opt/qt-everywhere-src-5.15.2 ]# patch -Np1 -i
../qtwebengine-everywhere-src-5.15.2-ICU68-1.patch
can't find file to patch at input line 19
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
