Lisa, the easiest way to find that Print function is by using your Jaws 
cursor.  In most cases, those functions are a part of the tool bar which 
runs across the top of the page.  If you move your Jaws cursor onto the 
"Print"  option and then press the left mouse button, it should open  a 
dialog box.  However, if your Control P is not working, it's possible that 
when your Word was set up, the print part of it wasn't configured.  Try 
hitting that option with your Jaws cursor, then see what happens.  If no 
printer has been assigned to your Word, you'll know soon enough.

The second part of this will wait until you try this out.
