Ok.

Just opened this file made from the source code in Visual Studio, and
immediately I found that on the third line, instead of having a start tag
for the head element, it is actually already the end tag </head>, so it
seems like maybe, however that / got there, it might be confusing whatever
you tested this page in, and immediately made it think that the <html... tag
wasn't being closed since something else was.

Dunno why I only noticed it now, but maybe it's something to do with me
needing to be in my 'normal' HTML development environment to 'notice' things
like this.
