I believe that the speech prompts are the same on all three models.

  The only differences with the ds30, the ds 40 and the ds 50 are the amount
  of data you can store on it, and the amount of recording time. the ds50 is
  the best as it has 1gb of memmory, for more detailed info check out a
  podcast on the ds50 on www.blindcooltech.com
