Patricia, do your directions work with k1000? As for getting the right part of the bill into the envelope, put what you think is the return address part of the bill into your windowed envelope and then scan, hoping to have the address show up through the cellophane window. I do that sometimes. Also, you could have your bills auto paid from your bank account by filling out a form at your bank. I still get statements, telling me last month's was paid, etc. but I don't have to worry about losing the bill, etc. Doing this leaves me more time to fret and mess around with this stupid computer with all its wily ways and sneak attacks. marilyn
