Hi Patricia,
Close, I was just looking, and it appears that the privacy tab only gives 
control over cookie handling.
The security tab, seems to control active x controls, and scripts,
but, the content tab, allows you to control the type of internet content 
displayed on the computer.
I didn't actually set it up, but it involves enabling the content advisor.
