Hi Friends,
When I go to a web site such as U Tube to watch a video clip, in my case,
listen to it, it plays fine for about 10 seconds and then there is a 5 second
gap of silence. I'm sure this is happening because my internet connection isn't
fast enough. If I want to watch ( listen to ) lets say a 3 minute video clip it
can take up to 12 minutes for it to finish playing broken up the whole time. If
I immediately click on it to play it again it will play just fine. I'm pretty
sure that after playing the first time it has been saved in a temporary file
some where on my hard drive. My question is: where might I find these temporary
files so I can copy, rename and then cut and place them some where else on my
computer. I'd like to do this as I often times like to play them for others at
a later date and once I leave the site or shut down my computer those temporary
files vanish. It's a hassle to have to wait for the down load each time I want
to play them for others. The files I'm wanting to save don't have a down load
option for down loading and saving them. I'm using Internet Explorer 7 and
Windows XP Pro. Any help finding these files before they vanish would be
greatly appreciated.
Brian
