You can either use something like WinRAR, or else 7zip can also do it, and then you would just 'right-click' on them, and move down to the relevant context menu and go from there.
Off-hand I can't remember the URLs to get either of those software packages, but look for them through Google, and if you don't come right, I'll check it out and let you know.
