Hi, Maria, I can only guess. Have you tried printing and had print jobs fail? If so, you could have a back-up of print jobs in the print queue. I think you can get to the print queue via the "printers and faxes" option in the control panel and delete failed jobs. (Someone can correct me if I'm wrong.) Again, I'm not sure that is the exact problem, but since I've gotten a similar message with Kurzweil's audio spooler, I can make an educated guess.) Erin
