Here's a simple alternative to calendar programs: If you are using Excell, set up a spreadsheet for each month, and enter your information. I put the days of the week in the first column, and JAWS announces the cel number which corresponds to the day of the month. Then my information can go in column 2., and you can use further coluns if you wish. This is very easy to learn. I've set up seven templates, each starting with a different day of the week, so it's easy to create calendars for new months. This also works very well on my Pac Mate which syncs this data with my desktop. Blessings, Tom
