I'm hoping that this is not considered cross-posting when I send the same
e-mail message to the 2 lists via separate e-mails.

AT the agency that I work for, we are trying to learn how to provide JAWS
users with remote access to their work computer when telecommuting. The
work computers are running XP operating system and Office 2003. Our JAWS
users can either be running JAWS 7, 8 or 9. We are using a product called
S.R.A. to gain remote access. Here are my specific questions:

What needs to be installed on both the work computer and the remote computer
in regards to JAWS?

Do you need the same version of JAWS on both machines?

Does the version of JAWS on the home computer have to have the same
authorization code as the JAWS version that is on the work computer? The
one at work is owned by the agency, and the one on the home computer is
owned by the employee.

If you do need to have the same authorization codes on the 2 copies of JAWS,
can you use a dongle or thumb drive of JAWS on the home computer that
matches the version and authorization of the work copy of JAWS?

Are there any other important pieces of information we need to know to
successfully connect remotely when using JAWS?

Thanks,
Annette
